Pro Pass policy
A one-year pass, a perpetual pass and a monthly FunGen Patreon membership pass have different terms. Inside that term, the same written rules apply to all of them.
Criticism and the licence
A review, complaint, bug report, disagreement or other opinion about FunGen is not a breach of the licence. Pass status is governed by the pass term and the current licence conditions, not by whether feedback is positive or negative.
You do not need a FunGen account. A purchased pass is a signed file checked locally. A pass that is outside its term or the current licence conditions may stop unlocking Pro AI. This does not delete your local files.
What can end
A time-limited pass ends on its stated date. That includes the one-year Pro pass. A monthly FunGen Patreon membership pass lasts for the membership term it was issued for. Pro Perpetual has no expiry date. One-off purchases through Patreon follow the same one-year or perpetual terms as PayPal purchases.
If you hold more than one pass, one pass reaching the end of its term does not change the other.
Inside its term, the licence identifies these cases:
- It was refunded. The money went back, so the pass goes with it.
- It was shared, published, leaked or resold. A pass is personal and non-transferable. Giving the file or access to another person, posting it, or reselling it is outside the licence.
- It was not issued by FunGen, or the software was altered to bypass the licence terms. A counterfeit file is not a FunGen licence.
If your pass stopped working
If you believe your pass remains within its term and the licence conditions, request a review at support@fungen.app.
You are also entitled to ask what personal data FunGen holds about you and to have it deleted where the law allows. That is on the privacy page, along with what the app and website send.
